FFEL clients pay one total for payroll, taxes, benefits, workers’ compensation, retirement plans and administration fee. We provide all necessary employee paperwork, assist in employee compliance issues and have the ability to produce customized payroll reports at your request.

Due to the fact that all payrolls are filed under FIRST FINANCIAL EMPLOYEE LEASING’S Federal ID number, FFEL takes on the liability for all payroll tax payments and report filings. FFEL also deducts and remits garnishment payments.

Because of our streamlined system our clients’ only responsibility is to forward payroll information to us. This can be done by faxing or e-mailing the provided time sheet, calling your processor, or you can conveniently report hours online with our Web Payroll. We take care of the rest! Payrolls are processed upon receipt. Clients receive notification of their payroll total and payrolls are delivered on the designated pay date. Payroll delivery is always free and we offer four convenient methods of payment:

• Company Check
• CHAX (fax a check)
• Wire Transfer
